From the kamikaze-inspired opening assault of ‘The Divine Wind’ to the Mishima-influenced meditation on beauty and death found in ‘Sun and Steel’, the album binds these ideas into a single work where violence, purpose, and oblivion exist in constant tension.
Across eight tracks, the band deliver a feral and unrestrained strain of death metal rooted in the foundations of Autopsy, Bolt Thrower, Gorefest, Asphyx, and Entombed, forging an identity entirely their own as they shift between surging tremolo-picked riffing, hulking power-chord grooves, and hammering percussion, balancing wild aggression with brief moments of melody before plunging back into total devastation.
