First release in 6 eyars from this Memphis based death/thrash band once again brings a mountain of riffs, capped off with more riffs. Shards live mostly in a mid-era Death realm - at its core, death metal, but leaning towards the progressive and technical side of things, with plenty of chugging thrash grooves and off kiler melodies, while also maintaining a good degree of ferocity.
